Compassionate Ottawa was delighted to sponsor and attend the Kanata Chinese Seniors Support Centre’s Lunar New Year celebration on February 9, marking the Year of the Snake with joy and community spirit.

Our dedicated volunteers—Jack McCarthy, Mary Lou Kelley, and Michelle de Courville Nicol—represented Compassionate Ottawa at the event, sharing information about our work and connecting with attendees. They also helped spread festive cheer by distributing celebratory goodies.
