We had a wonderful time at the Aging Well in Ottawa Fall Health Fair on Wednesday, October 7th!

We were so pleased to meet members of our community, hear your stories, and have so many meaningful conversations about advance care planning, grief and loss, and the ways we can support one another through difficult life transitions.
