In support of the work of the HELP Ottawa Project through Orleans United Church (OUC), OUC members are invited to join a two-part workshop series on the topic of grief and bereavement. In the first session, they will be guided through an interactive session by trained facilitators to increase their knowledge and comfort on the topic of grief and loss. They will also be provided with tools and techniques to have conversations with those around them experiencing grief to be able to better support them.

The second session will provide them an opportunity to explore and share their thoughts on this important subject matter in facilitated small group discussions.
