It is experienced by everyone\, regardless of age and many in our community still express that they are not comfortable addressing it. \nTo help support you and your community\, Compassionate Ottawa invites you to join a free online workshop\, Into the Heart of the Matter. It will be hosted by our experienced and trained facilitators Marion Rattray and Julia Sneyd. \nIn this workshop\, you will be guided through an interactive session by our facilitators to increase your knowledge and comfort on the topic.
