A compassionate Ottawa supports and empowers individuals, their families and their communities throughout life to live well and to die and grieve well.

Christa Couture knows intimately the many characteristics of grief.

After the deaths of two of her three children, she has turned to books, websites and therapists, hoping to find ways to cope.

"There have been times that living with the loss of my children has seemed impossible," Couture said.

"It's not something you can get over but I wondered, if it were something I could live with."

In her search to learn how to live with loss, guest host Couture delves into how other people grieve in this special edition of Tapestry.
